Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier Bio

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001, Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier is a partner in Sekri Valentin Zerrouk’s M&A and Strategic transactions department, specializing in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (LBOs, LMBOs, OBOs…) in various sectors, including retail and financial services. Pierre-Emmanuel advises French and foreign investment funds and companies, as well as industrial groups, on asset acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and fund-raising. He is also involved in structuring joint ventures and commercial partnerships. Prior to joining the firm, Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier was a partner at Lefevre Pelletier & Associés and Gowling WLG (formerly Wragge & Co), where he helped set up the Paris office.
