Oscar Da Silva Bio

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Oscar Da Silva is a partner in the M&A and Strategic transactions department. He works with funds, investment companies and industrial groups on private equity transactions (LBOs, LMBOs, OBOs, etc.), as well as on acquisitions, asset disposals, restructurings and fund-raising processes in France and abroad. Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, Oscar has developed an activity on behalf of Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking clients in their development projects in France. He also assists French companies with their transactions on the Iberian market. Oscar joined the firm in 2018 as counsel after several years in the corporate department of an Anglo-Saxon law firm.
