Olivier Legrand Bio

A member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Olivier is a partner in the M&A and Strategic transactions department. As a specialist in the tech sector, he advises innovative companies and their investors on capital and strategic transactions. For over 10 years, he has assisted numerous start-ups, scale-ups and investment funds in fund-raising (venture and growth capital), external growth and exit operations. Olivier also assists major corporations with their acquisitions of innovative companies. Involved in over 30 fund-raising or M&A tech deals a year, Olivier is one of the key players in the world of venture capital and the new technologies sector. His in-depth knowledge of this sector enables him to fully understand his clients’ challenges, and to systematically adopt a highly pragmatic approach focused on knowledge of market practices. Before joining the firm, Olivier worked for several years in the corporate department of Gide Loyrette Nouel, in Paris.
