Geraud De Franclieu has extensive experience in M&A transactions and in Private Equity (LBO, LMBO, OBO, Venture Capital). Prior to joining the firm as a partner in 2014, Géraud had been with Allen & Overy LLP, DLA Piper UK LLP, STC Partners (Counsel) and Courtois Lebel (Partner). He has represented French and international M&A clients for over 20 years, advising them on strategic transactions both in France and overseas. He advises international groups, and investment funds on their acquisitions, disposals, and reorganizations. He has particular expertise in leveraged deals such as LBOs and OBOs.
