In recent years, Franck Sekri has been involved in a large number of transactions on behalf of investment funds, listed and unlisted industrial groups, and management teams. He is also involved in litigation in the event of a shareholder conflict or the implementation of a liability guarantee. Before founding the firm, Franck Sekri worked for Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Brandford Griffith Baverez Pasturel.
