Antoine Hai Bio

A member of the Paris Bar since 2012, Antoine Haï is a partner in the M&A and Strategic transactions department. He is mainly involved in domestic and international M&A transactions for listed and unlisted groups, as well as for management teams. He has particular expertise in transactions in the industrial and new technology sectors. Antoine also advises investment funds on their investments in companies, particularly in leveraged buyouts (majority and minority LBOs). He assists managers and executives in negotiating, structuring and implementing the terms and conditions of agreements relating to their investment and profit-sharing in equity transactions (management packages). Very close to entrepreneurs, Antoine works with a large number of SMEs and start-ups in venture capital (seed, series A, series B, etc.), development capital and M&A transactions. Before joining the firm, Antoine had a number of experiences with business firms in France and abroad.
