Kevin Phillips practice focuses on all aspects of Warehouse Legal Liability, including property losses, contract drafting, review and negotiation, general liability, regulatory compliance, instituting and enforcing warehousemen’s liens, and commercial litigation. He represents warehouses in tort, contract, bailment, warranty, and statutory-based actions. He is a member of several warehouse associations, including the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA), where he serves as General Counsel for the Association and its captive insurance program. Phillips is also Claims and Litigation Counsel for The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) and The International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW). Associations and organizations across the country regularly ask Phillips to present the latest warehouse law trends and teach at education events.
