With a focus on servicing clients in the financial industry, he covers a broad range of specialized services, including regulatory compliance, licensing applications and proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
