Frank L. Brunetti has been practicing law for forty years in the areas of estate and wealth preservation, tax planning for business entities and complex tax matters. Mr. Brunetti handles all aspects of client financial, family and tax matters including gift and estate planning, tax exempt organizations, family business arrangements and corporate tax matters. He has extensive experience in federal and state individual income and corporate tax compliance and tax controversy matters. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars as well as the United States Tax Court. Mr. Brunetti practices in the areas of estate and wealth preservation, tax planning for business entities and complex tax matters. In more than 40 years of practice, he has handled all aspects of client financial, family and tax matters including gift and estate planning, tax exempt organizations, family business arrangements and corporate tax matters. He has extensive experience in federal and state individual income and corporate tax compliance and tax controversy matters. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Brunetti is a Professor of Taxation and Law at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he teaches several graduate tax courses. He is the author of numerous articles and books in the income tax and estate planning field, including Fundamentals of Federal Tax Accounting published by the American Law Institute-American Bar Association. He continues to lecture extensively on topics that include tax accounting, corporate taxation and estate planning to name a few. Mr. Brunetti is also an Observer Member of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Cooperation in International Tax Matters.
