Katherine Pandelidis Granbois Bio

Katherine Pandelidis Granbois, Esq. is a shareholder and chair of the firm’s Business and Corporate group. With over 30 years of experience, her practice is concentrated in corporate and business law. Kathy works for clients ranging from startups and professional practices to large family-owned businesses and middle market companies. Formerly in-house counsel with a Fortune 500 company, a significant amount of Kathy’s practice has involved providing external support for in-house legal departments and serving as general legal counsel for companies who do not have in-house counsel. Kathy is active in the community, currently serving as a board member at ASSETS Lancaster and the LG Health Foundation, and president of the Lancaster chapter of Daughters of Penelope. She has also recently served as a long-time board member of The United Way of Lancaster County (including as chair) and as a mentor in the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Women in Business mentoring program.
