Elliot Lee Bio

Elliot handles a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, venture capital and private equity investments, capital markets transactions and securities law compliance and general corporate and business matters. Elliot focuses a large part of his practice on corporate transactional work with an emphasis on insurance related transactions. Elliot regularly advises agencies and principals in sell and buy side transactions and counsels private equity backed insurance companies in strategic acquisitions and general corporate matters. Elliot also has extensive experience counseling public and private companies in equity and debt financings in the technology, life sciences, consumer goods and financial industries. Prior to joining Satin and Lee, Elliot spent years working as a corporate attorney with international law firms as well as regional firms located in New York. Elliot is a graduate of Northwestern University and New York University School of Law.
