Matteo Vernizzi Bio

Matteo Vernizzi graduated in law at the University of Padua; as part of his university education, he attended the University of California in the US and the Université Paris-XI in France. He also holds an LL.M. in European Law at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). He mainly deals with national and international company law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate law and general contracts. A qualified lawyer in Italy since 2011, he trained at Studio Legale Spinazzi Azzarita Troi and the NCTM Studio Legale in Milan. He speaks Italian, English, French and German.
