Paul Tyrer Bio

Paul Tyrer is a partner in the corporate team and also joint head of SAS Daniels’ Congleton office. He specialises in all aspects of company law and corporate finance with an emphasis on transactional work. Paul advises a wide variety of businesses across multiple sectors but predominantly acts for owner-managed businesses and family companies. Recent deals include the sale of BIP Chemical Holdings Limited and BIP Environmental Limited to Indaver UK, the sale of Datastor Systems to Canadian-based Valsoft Corporation and the sale of Force Information Systems to N. Harris Computer Systems. He is recommended in the Legal 500 UK 2024.
