Bio

José Guadalupe González Meráz is member of Santos Elizondo since 1981. He specializes migratory, corporate and registral proceedings. José has experience representing clients in commercial transactions, mergers, breakups, settlements and corporate restructuring. Also, he has more than 25 years of specialization in the management and collection of migratory, public registry and cadastral documents. In 1984 he obtained a Law degree from Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales of Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
