Jorge Arrambide Montemayor has been member of Santos Elizondo since 2005 and has specialization in Public, Corporate and Agrarian Law. His professional practice focuses on regulatory issues including managements and litigation before federal, state and municipal authorities such as Semarnat, Profeco, CNBV, CRE, Cofepris, Cenace, Condusef and others. He has also represented clients in international transactions from its incorporation to their start-up projects and investments. Between 2008 and 2012 he initially served as Federal Delegate in the Procuraduria Agraria in Nuevo Leon and later as Support General Manager in the Rural Property Regularization of the Procuraduria Agraria. Jorge has a Law degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon and an LL.M. from New York University (NYU). He currently serves as Secretary of the Governing Board from Consejo Civico de Instituciones de Nuevo Leon, A.C., Coordinator of the Energy Law Commission of the Mexican Bar Association, Nuevo Leon Chapter, AC, is Professor of Electricity Regulation in the Master’s Degree of Energy Law from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon and Professor Legal Framework of Electricity in the Specialty of Energy Law from Universidad de Monterrey.
