Riddhima Murjani Bio

Riddhima’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital transactions and general corporate and commercial matters. Her transaction advisory experience extends to representing early-stage investors as well as target companies across various stages of investment transactions, including their exit from portfolio companies. She has also advised unicorns as well as their founders/selling shareholders in connection with the IPO process and the sale of their equity shares in the offer-for-sale component of the listing process. Riddhima holds a BA. LLB (Hons) from Amity Law School, Noida (2014). Prior to joining the Firm, Riddhima has worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Kapil Sapra & Associates. Riddhima likes to travel and is an avid reader.
