Gauri Khanna Bio

Gauri’s practice focuses on venture capital and private equity transactions, acquisitions and general corporate matters. She advises clients across spectrum, including both domestic and cross border PE and VC funds, and target companies in primary and secondary transactions. Gauri has also assisted funds in their exits from portfolio companies operating across various sectors. Gauri’s transaction experience also extends to acquisitions of entities, structured via share purchase, slump sale and asset transfers. ​Gauri holds a BA. LLB (Hons.) degree from Institute of Law, Nirma University (2014). ​Apart from law, Gauri enjoys doing yoga and loves to travel and read.
