Ayush Mohan Bio

Ayush Mohan has over 12 years of experience in advising in venture capital, private equity and mergers & acquisitions transactions and general corporate matters, apart from which Ayush also has experience in capital market advisory. Ayush has represented a wide range of private equity funds, venture capital investors, institutional investors and companies across sectors including E-commerce, fintech, insur-tech, alternate energy, alternate energy mobility, consumer products, B2C services etc. at various stages of their lifecycles in respect of investment and legal aspects of operational and M&A matters. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from NLSIU, Bengaluru (2012) and Masters of Law from University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, California (2024). In his spare time, Ayush enjoys riding motorcycles, video games, and travelling.
