Claudio Alesse - founding partner and Partner of the Firm - after graduating in Law from La Sapienza University of Rome, he obtained the qualification for the legal profession in 2003. From the same year he began his collaboration with Studio Sabelli, dealing with assistance to companies, with particular attention to the representation of customers in court In his professional career he has developed considerable competence in the field of bankruptcy law, actively participating in both debt restructuring operations and in alternative procedures to bankruptcy, both on the credit and debtor side. He has also worked in favor of companies in extraordinary administration, taking an interest in bankruptcy revocation disputes and opposition to the passive status. His activity has concerned, since his qualification to practice law, above all the areas of commercial law, company law, the matter of arbitration and intellectual property. He became Supreme Court in 2016.
