Marcin Chyliński is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort and the head of the equity capital markets practice. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1998 and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2002. He is a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar honours graduate of Columbia Law School in New York, where he obtained an LL.M. in 2006. He has been with Rymarz Zdort, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., for more than two decades. Marcin specialises in complex, high-profile public and private equity offerings and M&A transactions (including tender offers for the sale of shares), as well as in general corporate practice, including advising on corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience in advising and leading international teams of lawyers providing advisory services to companies, financial institutions, selling shareholders, private equity firms, acquirers and underwriters on numerous international and domestic initial and secondary public and private equity offerings, as well as on M&A transactions.
