Tanya Shillingford Bio

Tanya is a partner in the Corporate team at RWK Goodman's London office. Tanya advises UK and international corporates and individuals in relation to mergers, acquisitions and disposals. She advises clients across a broad range of sectors but with particular experience of the hospitality, media, technology and professional services sectors. In addition to transactional M&A work, Tanya also advises clients in relation to corporate fund raising/investments, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, corporate structures including Family Investment Companies and group reorganisations. She also has particular expertise in LLP structures and LLP agreements, including conversions to LLPs and M&A involving LLPs. Tanya also advises clients on the structuring and creation of Employee Ownership Trusts.
