Iain Butler Bio

Iain leads our Thames Valley Corporate team and is based in the Oxford office. He specialises in a wide range of corporate work including private company M&A deals, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and venture capital / private equity transactions. Iain trained and qualified at a London-based international law firm and joined RWK Goodman in March 2018 from national law firm Shoosmiths. Iain has particular experience advising CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs, academics and management teams on M&A and equity transactions. He is highly regarded for his straightforward, pragmatic approach and technical ability. He supports SMEs and high growth businesses in a range of sectors across the Thames Valley.
