Edward Hoare Bio

Edward is a partner in the London corporate team and a member of the firm’s executive committee. He was Goodman Derrick’s senior partner prior to the merger with RWK Goodman. Edward represents UK and international corporates, investors and owners on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, inward investments, fundraisings & private equity, corporate structures and group reorganisations. He has particular experience in the TMT and publishing sectors, where he has worked on a number of high profile transactions.
