Dominic Prentis Bio

Dominic is a capital markets and corporate lawyer. His team represents both listed clients and other advisers on several stock exchanges and his experience includes both equity and specialist debt listings. Dominic’s corporate work covers oil & gas, mining, financial services, security and communications, FMCG, LLP structuring, bond issues, investment advice and on occasion negotiations at government level. As well as working for companies in the UK, he has worked across the CIS, Europe and Francophone and Anglophone Africa. He runs the firm’s French Desk. Dominic is recommended in the 2022 edition of The Legal 500 for his M&A work.
