Carl leads our Tech & Innovation sector, advising businesses on a wide range of corporate and commercial work, including commercial contracts, private company M&A deals, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. Carl also acts for farming businesses and families on farm business transactions and succession planning. Carl acts for a wide range of technology businesses, including software developers, platform providers and hard-tech businesses. Carl likes nothing more than indulging his “inner geek” so he can really understand the technology behind his clients’ products and services. In addition, Carl advises founders, entrepreneurs and management teams in the tech sector and beyond on M&A transactions and joint ventures, both in the technology and other range of other sectors. Carl also works closely with agricultural clients, advising them on the sale and purchase of farming businesses, farming business structures and succession planning. Carl is known for giving straight forward and pragmatic advice on often complicated issues and supports SMEs and high growth business across the Thames Valley.
