Valerio Libani Bio

Valerio Libani, founder of the firm, deals with tax consultancy and assistance to commercial and industrial companies. He is also specialized in the areas of tax planning and corporate reorganization and tax issues relating to acquisition, merger and demerger transactions with particular regard to tax consultancy in the context of mergers and acquisitions involving Private Equity Closed-end Investment Funds. He is a lecturer in the master's degree on extraordinary transactions and the tax master's degree at Il Sole 24 Ore. He graduated in 1997 in Business Economics at the "L. Bocconi" University of Milan and specialized in 2000 in Freelance Master in Corporate Tax Law at the Bocconi University of Milan. He has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 2002 and with the Register of Auditors since 2003; he has also been registered in the register of CTU of the Court of Milan since 2017 at no. 14606. He corresponds fluently in Italian and English.
