Marzio Molinari Bio

Marzio Molinari, partner of the Firm, after an experience in a leading international law firm, joined Russo De Rosa Associati in 2008. He specializes in the legal aspects of extraordinary corporate transactions, acquisitions of shareholdings and companies, private equity, management and transmission of family assets, debt restructuring and commercial contracts. He also deals with corporate litigation, both in court and arbitration. In recent years, he has assisted the Firm's clients in some of the most significant corporate acquisition transactions, providing his professional advice in the negotiation and drafting of innovative and complex contractual and corporate documents. He collaborated in the editing and updating of the re-edition of the books "Passaggio Generazionale e Successione d'Azienda" and "Accordi di ristrutturazione del debito", both published by Gruppo 24 Ore. Furthermore, he is among the authors of the series "Operazioni Straordinarie" published by Gruppo 24 Ore in November 2016. He is also the author or co-author of numerous articles on corporate acquisitions and corporate governance for magazines of the 24 Ore Group and IPSOA. He teaches corporate law in the master's courses on extraordinary transactions, business law and tax law at the Business School of Il Sole24Ore. He graduated in Law in 2006 with full marks and honors from the "Luigi Bocconi" University of Milan. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 2009. He corresponds fluently in Italian and English.
