Andrea Bolletta Bio

Andrea Bolletta, founder of the Firm, deals with family and succession planning, addressing the issues of generational transition and international transfers of residence. With reference to the business world, he focuses on national and international taxation, dealing mainly with extraordinary transactions, acquisitions and reorganizations. In the real estate sector, he assists mutual funds and primary operators in structuring development and trading operations and in the establishment of real estate funds. He provides legal assistance in tax litigation, drafting the proceedings and intervening in tax commissions. He is a statutory auditor for several leading companies. Graduated in Political Economy at the "L. Bocconi" University of Milan in 1993. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, where he participates in the Regulatory Commission for the Protection of Assets, and in the Register of Legal Auditors. He is a member of STEP and CFE Tax Advisers Europe and since February 2022 he has been a member of the Tax&Legal commission of AIFI Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt. He is also registered in the register of CTU of the Court of Milan at no. 15685. He corresponds fluently in Italian and English.
