Alessandro Manias Bio

Alessandro Manias, partner of the Firm, has gained significant experience in leading firms. He has been collaborating for years with Studio Russo De Rosa Associati where he deals with tax consultancy and assistance to commercial, industrial and financial companies. He specializes in extraordinary transactions, with particular regard to private equity transactions, drafting of appraisals of companies and intangible assets, transfer pricing analysis. He also provides defense in tax litigation, drafting the documents of the proceedings and intervening before tax commissions. He contributed to the drafting and updating of numerous texts published by Il Sole24Ore, including “Transaction costs and mergers in leverage buyout operations” in 2009, “Extraordinary Operations” in 2016, “Conferimento d'azienda” in 2016. He graduated in 2002 in Business Economics from Ca' Foscari University of Venice. Since 2008 he has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Register of Statutory Auditors. He corresponds fluently in Italian and English.
