Bio

Franziska Buob has been a partner since 2002 and a member of the management team at RUOSS VÖGELE since 2022. The focus of her work is on conducting civil litigation, particularly in the areas of liability and banking law as well as real estate law. In her role as the “external legal department” of numerous medium-sized and larger Swiss companies, she also has many years of experience in structuring and managing companies and drafting commercial contracts.
