Bio

Damian Fischer is a corporate/M&A lawyer with an academic background: He works in contract, commercial and corporate law (including M&A, restructuring, PE/VC), banking and financial market law as well as real estate law and teaches as a private lecturer (PD) in these areas at the University of Zurich (UZH) (→ UZH profile ). In addition to traditional party representation, he also regularly writes legal opinions on Swiss law in national and international court proceedings.
