Bio

Alexander Vogele is a founding partner and a member of the executive board at RUOSS VÖGELE. After studying law in Zurich and being admitted to the bar, he entered private practice. He was a founding partner of Bühler Nicolier Vögele in 1992 and of RUOSS VÖGELE in 1998. His main practice areas as a lawyer are transactional law (acquisitions and financing of companies, aircrafts, yachts and real estate) as well as (corporate) succession planning and inheritance law. With exemplary commitment, extensive experience and exceptional negotiating skills, Alexander Vögele manages business transactions and acts as an executor in complex estates. He is also a member of various boards of directors, to which he devotes around half of his time.
