Ronald Stetler, a Partner at Rubin and Rudman, represents business owners with respect to corporate governance, contract negotiations and software licensing. Ron also advises clients on employment contracts, deferred compensation agreements and golden handcuffs for the retention of key employees to complement succession planning, cross-purchase and stock redemption agreements, and reorganization and shareholder disputes. Ron has extensive experience advising clients on entity formations, including S and C corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. His representations include both U.S. and European corporations with respect to their U.S. operations.
