Peter Finn is principally devoted to representing biotechnology and high-technology companies in all aspects of corporate law, licensing and financing. He has assisted in the launch of more than fifty biotechnology companies. Peter represents clients in general financing, including technology transfer, joint ventures, corporate and strategic alliances, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
