Evan Georgopoulos is a partner in our Litigation practice group, where he concentrates on commercial litigation, securities litigation, white collar and business crimes defense, internal investigations and counseling clients on risk management and compliance. Evan has represented corporate and individual clients in commercial, regulatory and criminal actions in federal and state courts and in investigations, arbitrations and mediations around the country. Evan has represented clients in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and related compliance matters in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Evan has broad experience counseling corporations ranging from international pharmaceutical manufacturers and industry leading retailers to regional universities and individuals ranging from corporate board members to production level employees. Evan, a former clerk to the Hon. Mark L. Wolf of the United States District Court, also served as Special Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County, where he prosecuted numerous criminal jury and bench trials on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
