Christine Parise Cordes is a Partner and Co-chair of Rubin and Rudman’s Corporate, Business and Tax Department. She has a diverse practice encompassing corporate, finance and energy matters. Her clients include closely-held private companies, start-ups (including biotechnology, pharmaceutical and tech companies), middle-market private companies, real estate developers and funds, educational institutions, banks and other financial institutions and municipal light plants.
