Bio

A seasoned corporate lawyer with over 25 years' experience advising on a wide variety of transactions. Richard began his career in the City with Lawrence Graham (now Gowling WLG), qualifying in 1995. He later worked for Burges Salmon and Eversheds, before joining Roxburgh Milkins as a director in 2006. As one of our corporate directors, Richard regularly handles mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, private equity fund-raisings, joint ventures and re-organisations. He has long experience in working with a broad range of clients, including private and public companies, shareholders, entrepreneurs, management teams and banks.
