Richard is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 25 years' experience advising on a wide variety of transactions. As one of our corporate directors, he regularly handles mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, private equity fund-raisings, joint ventures and re-organisations. In any transaction, Richard is a calming yet effective presence who can project manage multiple stakeholders and advisors to complete the deal. A specialism within food & drink clients has led to particular sector knowledge which enables him to better support these businesses in their precise needs.
