Jason Milkins Bio

Jason co-founded Roxburgh Milkins with Bruce Roxburgh in 2003 and heads up the corporate department. He has a wide range of corporate transaction experience, supporting entrepreneurial businesses in all stages of their growth. His specialism is in strategic acquisitions and eventual exits for private companies, particularly in the telecoms sector. He enjoys supporting several of these companies with their long-term buy & build strategies. Jason now divides his time between the UK and France, helping international businesses undertake corporate and commercial transactions governed by English law, both in the UK and abroad.
