Bruce is hugely experienced in corporate transactions and related company law matters. His extensive knowledge has ensured long-standing trusted client relationships. Bruce has been ranked in Chambers for over 20 years and continues to be recognised in Bristol and beyond as a leading corporate lawyer. Bruce stepped back as a partner in September 2022, but still plays a key role in supporting clients on a range of transactions (albeit now as a consultant).
