Ignacio Aragon is a specialist in commercial and corporate law, and has extensive experience in corporate governance, both for listed and unlisted companies, as well as in advising in conflicts between partners. He is also an expert in mergers and acquisitions, in real estate transactions and in the stock market, both in its regulatory aspects and in equity capital markets. He has advised national and foreign clients on Takeover bids (OPAs), IPOs, securities issuance, M&A transactions and corporate restructuring. Before joining RCD, Ignacio was the head of the corporate department at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, in addition to having worked at firms such as Holland & Knight, in its Miami (Florida) office, and in CMS Albiñana y Suárez de Lezo, as well as in Banco Santander.
