Bio

Carlos Nogareda is an expert in commercial law, especially in the areas of corporate, real estate and finance. He has extensive experience in M&A transactions; all kinds of corporate agreements; venture capital; project finance (business and real estate), banking, stock market regulation, securities law and anti-money laundering matters. He has participated in several real estate financing, refinancing and debt restructuring processes. In real estate, he focuses his practice on buying and selling and (re) financing assets and portfolios (hotels, residentials, etc.), management platforms, relevant individual assets and joint ventures to develop or invest in real estate projects. Carlos is Secretary of the Board of Directors in several companies, has national and international clients in the financial, real estate and insurance sectors as well as industrial companies, family offices and investment funds. Before joining RCD, Carlos worked at DAC Beachcroft and CMS-Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. He is a speaker at several seminars in his area of specialization.
