Practices in the areas of Business Law (corporate law and capital markets), Tax Law, Regulatory Law, Succession Planning, with experience in administrative and judicial litigation relative to matters in the above areas, and in Arbitration, participating in several proceedings as arbiter. Director of the Company Law Institute, founded by José Luiz Bulhões Pedreira. Independent member of the Council of Administration of CCR S.A., since 2012. Former Professor of Corporate Law at “Escola da Magistratura do Rio de Janeiro” (Rio de Janeiro School of Magistrates), Brazil (from 1995 to 2000) and in the Postgraduate course (Corporate Law and Bond Markets) at “Fundação Getúlio Vargas” (Getúlio Vargas Foundation), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (from 2002 to 2005).
