Lauren Pardoe is a Partner in Rosling King’s Dispute Resolution Group, where she specialises in commercial and professional disputes. She handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation with a focus on company matters such as unfair prejudice petitions and directors’ duties claims, bringing professional negligence claims against auditors and valuers, contractual disputes including breach of indemnity/warranty claims and financial services disputes. Her experience includes mediation and other forms of dispute resolution, High Court litigation and taking matters through to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Lauren regularly acts for private equity investors, banks, insolvency practitioners, loan servicers, and other financial institutions and commercial entities. Her work often has a multi-jurisdictional element.
