Robyn Allmendinger has practiced with Rose Law Firm since she graduated from law school in 2002. She was named the first female Managing Member of the firm in 2018 and served in this role until 2022. In addition to serving in such role, Robyn maintains an active practice in the areas of real estate, corporate and securities, commercial financing and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Robyn serves as “outside” general counsel, advising several clients on day-to-day issues and general corporate matters.
