Bourgon Reynolds serves as the managing member of Rose Law Firm’s Northwest Arkansas office. Bourgon is a highly accomplished lawyer who represents companies and individuals in high-stakes complex civil litigation. After practicing with Rose Law Firm for several years, Ms. Reynolds joined the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, where she successfully represented the State in civil litigation matters on issues of statutory and constitutional interpretation, including in appeals before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. After rejoining Rose Law Firm in 2018, Ms. Reynolds has represented clients in business disputes, including allegations of antitrust violations, in federal and state courts around the country. She has represented clients against the Department of Justice, various attorneys general, the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and other government regulators. Closer to home, Ms. Reynolds represents clients in breach of contract matters, probate and trust litigation, insurance coverage disputes, construction disputes, and she defends clients in class action litigation. She also represents healthcare professionals undergoing internal peer review processes or investigations initiated by the Arkansas State Medical Board. Ms. Reynolds has an active pro bono practice, such as serving as lead counsel in a complaint brought by detainees at a local jail who were given medications as a supposed treatment for COVID-19 without their informed consent in violation of their constitutional rights. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and she participates on the firm’s DE&I Committee.
