Xavier holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has obtained a Master of Laws from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and a Master's in Tax Law from ESADE. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructurings, distribution contracts, outsourcing, financing, and competition defence, representing both Spanish and multinational clients.
