Pedro has more than 24 years of professional experience and focuses his professional practice on corporate law, financial law and real estate law, fields in which he has been advising national companies in the food, distribution, catering and real estate sectors on a recurring basis. He holds the position of Secretary of several Boards of Directors and has participated, in his areas of expertise, in significant transactions in the Spanish market. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Legal Practice and Procedure from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (C.E.F.).
