She has an extensive experience in the stock market and insurance sector, as well as in the field of family business. She has advised financial institutions and listed companies in matters of good corporate governance and in aspects of financial regulatory scope, having intervened in the formalization process of several takeover bids and IPOs. In the insurance sector, she has intervened in the sale and purchase of companies and insurance brokerages in mergers and portfolio transfer processes and has provided advice on the creation of insurance companies in Spain. She also has extensive experience in advising family businesses, in developing family protocols and in intermediation in corporate conflicts. She has great experience in the practice of commercial law in general both in its corporate contractual aspect, in mergers and acquisitions processes and in the formalization of business agreements.
