Juan is the partner responsible for the Compliance area. He holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona. He has completed a Postgraduate in Compliance at Pompeu Fabra University, in Business Law at the Open University of Catalonia, and in International Relations at the University of Barcelona. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from ESADE. He is also certified in Compliance CESCOM by the Spanish Association of Compliance (ASCOM) and as an Internationally Certified Compliance Professional by the same association and the International Federation of Compliance Associations. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to both national and multinational companies in operations involving structural modifications, as well as in the purchase and sale of companies, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and all types of commercial contracts. Furthermore, in the area of corporate compliance, Juan advises companies on the adoption of good corporate governance measures. All of this is within the framework of implementing legal compliance management systems (i.e., Codes of Ethics, Whistleblowing Channels, Internal Protocols and Policies, etc.).
