Mitchell Lampert is chair of our firm's Capital Markets + Securities practice, and a member of our firm's Business Transactions group. He assists clients with transactional matters across various industries, such as technology, social media, life sciences, manufacturing, finance, medical devices, food and beverage, cannabis, financial services, sports, events, entertainment, oil and gas, and e-commerce. Mitch is a veteran deal maker who works with his clients to help them identify strategic partners, customers, sources of capital and business, and other related opportunities.
